Description

These Powerheart G5 AED Defibrillation Pads are replacement pads for use with both the Fully and semi-automatic Powerheart G5 AED.

The replacement pads simply need plugging into the AED and are then ready for use when required. The pads are sealed in a foil outer wrapping protecting them from damage prior to use. The wrapping provides clear instructions and illustrations on how to open and apply the pads to a casualty.

It is recommended that in addition to the pair of pads currently attached to the AED that another set of pads is on-site at all times. This ensures that the AED is ready for use even immediately after it has been used. Defibrillation pads are single use and therefore should be discarded immediately after use. The pads should also be regularly checked to ensure that the packaging is not damaged or that they have not surpassed their expiry date. If this is the case the pads should be replaced immediately.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing Remote First Aid  via sales@remotefirstaid.com or telephone 01291 661 778 within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

Goods must be returned by the Purchaser at the purchaser’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The purchaser will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation less a 20% restocking charge. If the purchaser fails to return the Goods following cancellation, Remote First Aid shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the purchaser. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from Remote First Aid on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the purchaser’s fault the purchaser will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage. Goods will not be accepted for return for credit unless previously agreed and must be received in the original packaging in a resalable condition. Goods accepted by arrangement will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Please telephone 01291 661 778 or Email sales@remotefirstaid.com to obtain a returns authorisation number prior to returning any goods. The return of the goods will be at the expense of the purchaser or a further return carriage charge will be levied.

Non-stock items and pharmaceuticals may not be returned for credit.

Delivery

Delivery:

All goods quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the address instructed by The Customer. The cost of goods delivered will be charged to The Customer as defined on the web site. Although guidelines have been provided, specific times and dates for delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever caused by non-delivery or delay in delivery. Remote First Aid require a 14 working days waiting period before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Dispatching your Goods:

Remote First Aid opening hours are between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and our sales team will be happy to deal with any queries you might have during these times.

Delivery Methods & Times:

Remote First Aid use various delivery methods, dependant upon the weight of the parcel. These methods include Royal Mail and Courier delivery services. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Remote First Aid cannot process claims for loss of goods until 14 working days have passed. If the standard tracked (no signature) or recorded service has been used and the item is stated as delivered we may not be able to replace goods unless a full investigation shows the items have been stolen in transit or on delivery, a crime number may be required.

Delivery Charges:

These are calculated on the checkout process. All goods ordered over £100 will be delivered free to the customer in the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands, the Chanel Islands, the Isle of Man & Gibraltar.
