Dr Jim Duff was a member of a mountain rescue team and has more than 30 years’ experience of climbing, trekking and teaching wilderness medicine, first aid and leadership in the Himalayas, Australia and East Africa. Dr Peter Gormly has been involved in safety, first aid and health issues in Antarctica for many years.

    We love this book at Remote First Aid so much we issue this to our students attending our one & two Day QNUK Outdoor First Aid courses. The second section covering the wilderness complements our 5-day ECSI wilderness first aid course. A must have pocket guide for easy reading and supports your training.
