Activity First Aid for UKCC Coach & Angling Trust Coach

We deliver this fully regulated activity first aid course leading to the Level 3 Award in Activity First Aid Qualification.

This qualification is viewed as the Platinum Standard in ”Activity First Aid” and is regulated by The Office of Qualifications and Examinations in England, the Welsh Government Regulator Qualification in Wales and the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment in Northern Ireland. Furthermore this qualification meets the IOL Band 1 statement of good practice for outdoor first aid.

Who should attend?

Outdoor Instructors requiring to validate their National Governing Body Awards, such as: –

  • British Canoe – UKCC levels 1 & 2
  • British Cycling Coach


Outdoor enthusiast who take part in activities such as park runs, hill & moorland running events, groups who partake in walking groups, beach activities, such as windsurfing, kite boarding and SUP.

Assessment & certification

To achieve this award learners are required to complete a multi-choice question paper and a range of practical tasks. Learners must achieve a minimum of 70%  pass mark from the multi-choice paper and 100% in the practical tasks to achieve this award.

2 days


The cost of this course for up to 6 delegates trained at your venue is £699.99 or for up to 12 delegates would be charged at £999. These prices include certification and a manual to each delegate. There are no additional costs.

Individuals joining us at our first aid training centres in Snowdonia, Brecon Beacons or the Forest of Dean, will be charged at £149.99 per person.
