Outdoor First Aid Emergency Action

A one-day outdoor first aid emergency action training course leading to the Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid Emergency Action.

Attending this training will enable those who use the outdoor environment for pleasure to render first aid to a family member or friend when taking part in outdoor adventure pursuits.

Who should attend?

We offer this training to family, friends and adventure clubs where the need for first aid training in areas where help is up to 30 minutes away. We have delivered this training to Outdoor enthusiasts who venture out of doors and take part in outdoor activities, such as Mountain Biking, Mountain Climbing, Off Road Cycling, Canoeing, Kayaking,  Paddle sports, Gorge Walking, Coasteering, In-shore Boating, Wilderness Camping, Duke of Edinburgh participants, and many more outdoor activities. This training is open to persons aged 14 years or older.

 Assessment & certification

To achieve this award learners are required to complete a number of practical examinations and complete a multi-choice paper. Learners must achieve a minimum of 70%  pass mark from the multi-choice paper and 100% in the practical elements.

Prices

The cost of this course for up to 6 people is £499.99 or £599.99 for 12 people. These prices include certification and a manual. There are no additional costs.
