Terms & Conditions of Booking

1. All training course bookings are made with Peter Cook FRGS t/a Remote First Aid

(Also referred to as RFA) Registered Office | 2 Goulding Close | Swindon | Wiltshire | SN3 4QY.

2. All delegates must be aged 14 years and above to participate in our first aid programme's with a certificate of attendance being issued to those under 16 years of age.

3. Delegates wishing to join our medical training programmes must be aged 18 years and above and hold a valid recognised first aid qualification. Please contact us here if you need further assistance.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking and Payment

1. In order to secure a place on any RFA course you must return a completed booking form together with the full course fee. (see Cancellation by the Client).

2. On receipt of a completed booking RFA and full payment we will send you written confirmation and joining instructions.

3. Course fees may be paid by bank transfer (details will be supplied on request). We also accept secure payment by debit and credit cards via our website and Cheque payments may payable to Remote First Aid. We also accept invoice payments from registered companies and these are paid as above.

4. If you require RFA to invoice a Company or Authority, please enclose a purchase order or other form of written authority with your booking form.

5. When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood these conditions, particularly those applying to cancellation, and agree to abide by them.

Cancellation by the Client

1. All cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date of receipt by RFA.

2. In the event of RFA being able to re-sell your place on a course the full course fee will be refunded less an administration charge of 15% of the total course fee.

3. In the event of RFA being unable to re-sell your place on a course the following cancellation fess shall apply:

i) 35% of the course fee will be retained where cancellation takes place from time of accepted booking up to 28 days before course commencement.

ii) 70% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place within 28 days of course commencement.

4. All course bookings are transferable provided notice is given no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the course and provided the transferee satisfies the pre-requirements of the course. Transfer will incur an administration charge of 15% of the total course fee.

5. We strongly recommend that you take out travel & cancellation insurance at the time of booking and recommend: SportsCover Direct Insurance

Cancellation by RFA

1. RFA will make every attempt to ensure that programmes run, however, RFA reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers or other mitigating circumstances beyond our control. In such a case RFA will notify the client as soon as possible but not less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course if insufficient numbers book for a course.

2. In the event of RFA cancelling a course the client shall be entitled to one of the following:

i) A full refund of all monies paid; or

ii) A transfer of all monies paid to an alternative course with us.
