Environmental Impact

We have carefully reviewed all our operations and actions and to this end we have identified the following key areas:

Key Environmental Impacts
Oil, electricity and gas consumption and associated waste
Water consumption and associated waste
Landfill from packaging, general and office waste

Environmental Improvement
We will commit to long term environmental improvement and pollution prevention.
We will continually monitor fuel consumption and set targets for fuel use reduction.
We will encourage recycling in all our operations.

Legislation
We will commit to legislative compliance at all times and use this to improve performance.

Education
We continue to develop and sustain environmental awareness in staff, clients and visitors to our training venues and encourage transport sharing or cycling when travelling to us.

Recycling with RFA
Glass, paper and plastic can be recycled using the appropriate recycling bins at each partner venue used.

We have not only carefully chosen these venues as excellent learning centres but also for their environmental policies & procedures.

Here you will find links that help us to manage our environmental programme at Remote First Aid & at Home.
